Simple Methods to compost home solid waste

Definitely, Home Made Solid Waste became one of the big concerns of every society. Composite and ingredients of each waste in home output waste is an issue studied in this paper and methods to recycle them and the probable defects that can occur by leaving the recycling on waste has been reviewed in this article.
Managing the output waste and doing compost on possible waste can help to reduce volume and weight of homemade waste. Therefore we can help improving environment. This case has been investigated in this paper.

Rule of women in solid waste management

Finishing a contract with Iran railways

Iran Railways placed a tender for supplying refrigerators and some companies worldwide participated in this tender. Finally Vista Sanat Persian with very reasonable technical score won the tender. This tender was about supplying 100 units of locomotive driver cab refrigerator to be used on GE and EMD locomotives.

After delivering the first sample of our produced refrigerator on March 2010 and receiving the technical acceptance of Iran Railways about the quality and performance on date May 2010, we started delivering 100 units to Iran Railways. Later on, Iran Railways requested to increase the amount to 125 units and our company proudly supplied 125 units of refrigerators to Iran railways and finished the contractual obligation on January 2, 2011.

Refrigerator of locomotive driver cabin

Locomotive Driver Cabinet Refrigerator Part Number: VSPG-3000 is a response to Iran railway requirements. This unit is equipped with an inverter to invert locomotive’s 74VDc to 110VAC, 60Hz.
We have used hermetic rotary type compressor to adapt the refrigerator with the vibration of railroad.
Capacity of this refrigerator is 70 litters. It has 3 shelves and can cool down to -4 Celsius within 20 minutes in normal conditions (ambient temperature about 35 Celsius and humidity almost 30-35%).

This unit has passed practical qualification tests during last 2 years. Engineers of IIRR have done several destructive tests on this unit and the final result of all these tests showed that our designed refrigerator has good stability against mechanical and electronic tensions.
VSPG-3000 is made by metal structure such as steel container, and aluminum inspection doors, etc.
This unit can be applied on GM and GE and Hitachi locomotives. Normally it can be used on locomotives that produce 74VDC power.

DC/DC Converter and Power Supply

This part was designed to be used on PLC systems of Iran GT26CW locomotives.
Sabz Andish Sanat which is a part of VSP Group has designed and manufactured it. Power Supply’s old part number SAS001MP indicates it. But the new power supplies will be supplied by new part number VSPG-2005.
DC/DC Converter Power Supply, converts 74VDC to 24VDC and feeds module cards of PLC or Microprocessor systems. Our Product provides continuous 3A current.

Input and Output sections of this device are totally isolated. Device intelligently resets itself during the abnormal condition and continues circuit health check up. It will continue to this system check up until the defect of system is cleared. While the circuit faces any defect like short circuit, device will not feed power to circuit.
This unit has been used on Iran locomotives for the last 6 years.

Water and Oil Temperature Sensor

This part is an electronic device that for example in GM and GE locomotives replaces 3 electromechanical switches T_A, T_B and T_C. It senses temperature of engine cooling water and converts it into analog pulses. But in other devices or machines can be used to sensing the direct temperature and actuate or deactivate or part or magnet valve or whatever else.

This unit that is shown in this picture actuates fans at random basis. This coincidence running fan choice causes more operational life of fans and decreases the costs of maintenance for fans.
Its operational temperature is between -40 to 120 Celsius. We have used a military microchip to stand for high temperature of engine hood.

All parts are well soldered and polished for both ends as you can see in the picture.

Parts are being tested before going to coating step. If any defect is shown on the part such as bad soldering, not having appropriate stability for current, bad hole drilling and so on, part will be scraped.
